Registration and re-registration of articles 17-18-19-23-24

Documents for registration and re-registration under Article (24/23/19/18/17):

1. Valid passport.
2. Recent personal photo conforming to specifications.
3. Lease contract.
4. Real estate document.
5. Blood type.
6. Company signature approval.
7. Real estate signature approval, if applicable.
8. Residence extract issued by the Ministry of Interior.

Conditions for registration and re-registration under Article (24/23/19/18/17):

• Registration and re-registration must be completed through the electronic services available on the Authority's website, paci.gov.kw.

☜ Note:

• The attached document must be clear and include a clear personal photo.
• A fine of 20 dinars, paid online at paci.gov.kw, will be imposed if registration is delayed for more than 30 days from the date of issuance of the residence permit under Article (17) and more than 60 days from the date of issuance of the work permit under Article (18).

Registration and re-registration fees for subjects (24/23/19/18/17):

• 5 dinars paid through the Authority's website.
• 50 fils per text message.
• 1 dinar service fee through us.
